General 1.0 > Sales > I have installed the trial version. How can I active it become the full version with the purchased serial number?

The trial version of NewSoft product will not work with any serial number. Any customer who downloads the trial and tries to use the serial number will have issues. 

 
It is highly recommended that if you have installed the trial version of our software and has purchased a full version that they uninstall the trial version and reboot the system before installing the purchased version. 
 
You can go to http://findmyorder.com and have the link resent. Normally, you may need to check the spam/junk folders of Email box if you didn't receive the email notice.
